This sounds like an amazing hotel! I like that you have thought about what travelers might be looking for in a hotel: Location, convenience and stability!
I think it is smart being by the airport, sometimes people get off flights at crazy times and just want to go straight to sleep - I was on a trip in the Philippines recently and I arrived at a new destination at 2am! My hotel was by the airport though so I could walk straight over for a sleep.
I also really like the picture you have drawn - Would you add any crazy features to your hotel like giant water slides or elevators in each room instead of stairs?
Very wise to think about possible natural disasters too - titanium sounds like a good option incase of trouble! Hopefully your hotel would be safe and sound without any earthquakes :)
