    I am working as a facilitator in Tairāwhiti (Gisborne) schools.
    I like that you have shown your beeswax wrap for your lunch. My daughter and son-in-law made some beeswax wraps for me this Christmas. They even restored an old one I had! They put in in the oven on a baking tray at 80° C for a short time and then hung it to cool. It melted the wax a bit so it was hot and once it cooled it was like new.

    Ka pai for another fantastic SLJ activity post!

    It was awesome to read the three things you have learned about the School Strike 4 Climate! Have you learned about climate change in school? Do you think it is a topic that should be taught in every school?

    I love that you use beeswax wraps in your house instead of gladwrap! It is great to know that the beeswax wraps are able to be composted too! I also like Maria’s suggestion below about restoring well used wraps but putting them in the oven to re-melt the wax. Maybe give that a go next time! I would really like to make some beeswax wraps myself. Have you made them before?
