Thank you for sharing what you learned about the 3D printing video. It also thought it was awesome that they are able to make each and every one specifically for what the person needs! I think it is amazing that they are working towards providing 6000 people with 3D printer made prosthetic hands and most of the workers are volunteers too.
I also think it is cool that they look like Iron Man gloves! Just think about all of the things that the boy in the video can do now. He must be so happy to be able to join in games with his friends and to be able to do things around the house so much easier now too. What are some things you think he would find so much easier now?
I hope you enjoyed learning a bit more about the 3D printing and what amazing things they can do with them. Did you see that someone also invented a 3D printed cast? I thought that was super cool too! Go check it out if you didn’t see it!
